Description: Anti-FGFR1 (P252R) Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

Background: The protein FGFR1 is highlyconserved between members and throughoutevolution. This particular family member ofFGFR1 binds both acidic and basicfibroblastgrowth factors and is involved in limb induction. Mutations ofFGFR1 protein have beenassociated with Pfeiffer syndrome,Jackson-Weiss syndrome, Antley-Bixlersyndrome, osteoglophonic dysplasia, squamous cell lung cancer and autosomal dominantKallmann syndrome.

Immunogen: A synthetic peptide from the internal region ofFGFR1 which includes the mutation of P252R, human origin.
