Background: Ras protein is amembrane-associated GTPase signaling protein that regulates proliferation, differentiation, and cell survival. Ras Q61H mutation result indecreased GTPase activity and constitutivesignaling, and is correlated with the development of pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia and lung lesions.
